Training Rates

Members
Fees listed reflect membership discount rates. For more information about membership, please see our membership page.

Non-Members
Contact BCR at training@bcr.org for non-member pricing and membership information.

Student Discounts
A 25 percent discount is available for students in ALA-accredited graduate programs in our 11 state area. For more information about membership, please consult our membership page. The discount is valid for in-person workshops only; registration and payment required 15 days prior to workshop. Please indicate student status upon registration.

Ways to Save

Groups
BCR can train your staff at your location for $600-$1,000 per day, plus trainer’s travel expenses.

Hosting
If you have a space such as computer lab, etc., BCR will bring our trainers and other students to your location for a training session. BCR will handle the materials, registration, billing and the rest.

You provide: training room, training lab, lecture hall or classroom and refreshments

You receive: Two (2) complimentary workshop registrations and the convenience of on-site training

Training Coupons
We now offer training coupons that help you save on bulk purchases. Coupons are sold in booklets of twenty (20) and can be used for any of BCR’s online training courses.

Cancellation and Refunds
If BCR is forced to cancel a workshop, full refunds will be granted. In the case of participant cancellations, BCR requires notification one (1) week prior to the workshop for a full refund to be granted.

Handicapped Accessibility
BCR strives to ensure that workshop sites are handicapped accessible; however, this is not always possible. If you require special assistance or accommodation, as specified under the Americans with Disabilities Act, please indicate your disability-related needs on your registration form. Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your needs. Contact BCR at training@bcr.org with questions regarding accommodation needs.
